カナダ研修レポート②-2
Today was the first day of school at Regent Christian Academy (RCA). Today's breakfast was cereal, boiled eggs, and yogurt. The shape of the cereal was heart shaped, and it was very cute.I went to school excitedly about what kind of class would start from now on.
The main activities were games to find common points and create groups, make maps, make national flags, play tag (?) and etc.All the activities were very fun and the best.
Lunch was a sandwich, banana, juice and sweets, all of which were delicious. After lunch, I played volleyball with the academy students. Everyone is friendly, and even when you make a mistake, "It's okay!" I was happy that they said that.
The Academy Students were very kind and I was Impressed! I was happy to be able to talk to you on my own. But when I talked to them I thought the grammar might be wrong, so I'm going to talk to him more actively from tomorrow!
When I got home, I told my host family about today's class. When I spoke to them on my own, I was very happy to be listened to me with a very smile. From now on, I want to talk to you and ask questions myself.
I want to make a meaningful study abroad with valuable things that I cannot experience in Japan.
今日はRegent Christian Academy(RCA)の初登校日でした。今日の朝ごはんはシリアルとゆで卵、ヨーグルトでした。シリアルの形がハート形で、とても可愛かったです。これからどんな授業が始まるのかとワクワクしながら学校に向かいました。
アクティビティは主に、共通点を見つけてグループを作るゲーム、地図作り、国旗作り、鬼ごっこ(？)などがありました。どのアクティビティもとても楽しくて、最高でした。
昼食はサンドウィッチとバナナ、ジュースとお菓子で、どれも美味しかったです。昼食後はアカデミーの生徒と一緒にバレーをしました。みんなフレンドリーで、ミスをしてしまった時も「大丈夫！」と言ってくれて嬉しかったです。
授業でバディになったアカデミーの生徒はとても優しくて、感動しました!自分から話しかけることができて、嬉しかったです。でも、話しかける時に文法が間違ってるかもと思って引いてしまっていたので、明日からはもっと積極的に話しかけようと思います！
家に帰ったらホストファミリーに今日の授業について話しました。自分から話しかけた時に、とても笑顔で相槌をうちながら聞いてもらえて、とても嬉しかったです。これからも自分から話しかけたり、質問したりしたいです。
日本では体験できない貴重なことをものにして、有意義な留学にできるようにしたいです。(中3 H.M)
