ホストファミリーと過ごす週末はあっという間でした。僕はホストファミリーと一緒にハーバータウンというアウトレットモールに行きました。とても沢山のブランドショップが並んでいました。日本で買うよりも安く種類もたくさんありました。帰りがけには野生のカンガルーと触れ合える公園に立ち寄りました。日本で出来ることではないので、とても嬉しかったです。

Time passed so quickly with our host family this weekend. We went to the shopping mall called Harbor Town. There were many shops and I could see many things and buy some at a cheaper price there than in Japan. On the way home I went to a place where I could touch wild kangaroos with my host family. The wild kangaroos were so cute. I thought it was impossible in Japan to see wild kangaroos up close.

(引率教員より) 日曜日はそれぞれがホストファミリーとの時間を過ごしました。その中でも、ハーバータウンに連れていってもらった人は多かったようです。他にも、釣りをしたり、映画を見たりなど、楽しい時間をホストファミリーと共有できたということです。写真はゴールドコーストのナイトマーケットです。
